I love your little videos, vt_trees. Do you tour with a camera crew, or do you rig up some kind of tripod thingy?

Tracks of a different sort - classic tracks.

So Lee and I had been planning a trip to Whistler for months, and we were celebrating our arrival at the condo with a beer, when Vail shut the whole mountain down for the season. Not blaming Vail, but the timing was just too goddamn tragic for words. We weren't equipped for skinning, so we went to Whistler Olympic Park, site of the 2010 Vancouver Olympic nordic events. What a fabulous venue. And the Coast Range mountains in BC are staggeringly beautiful. The trip was a huge disappointment, but we still had some fun.

Oh my gosh, Dirk. That's disappointing. Great pic, though!

I was in Nepal the first 2 weeks of March.

Didn't get into the mountains. Maybe next time, after the plague. Where did winter go while I was gone?!

Enjoyed everyone's updates from afar.
